“Riding to the Hill with Monsignor Ted”

We would meet at the McDonald’s at Ela Road and Route 12 at 8:30 a.m. with KSU at 9:00 a.m. The destination is Holy Hill National Shrine of Mary, Help of Christians located at 1525 Carmel Road, Hubertus, Wisconsin. Holy Hill is approximately 30 miles north of Milwaukee. Holy Hill is approximately 1,350 feet above sea level, and is one of the highest points in southeastern Wisconsin. For those who have never been there, the view is stunning, but you will have to climb the steeple in order to see the skyline of Milwaukee! I have also made reservations at the famous Fox and Hounds Restaurant which is 3.34 miles away from Holy Hill for a buffet lunch. The restaurant has a rustic atmosphere that serves a hearty menu including Country Roasted Duck. Please Google Fox and Hounds Restaurant to view their extensive menu.
