Mobil gas station on the northwest corner of Rand Rd. (Rt 12) and Ela Rd. in Lake Zurich.
This year’s Fall Colors Ride will head south to Starved Rock State Park.
The road captain’s brief will be at 8:15a and we’ll be on the road by 8:30a. We’ll follow what should be a color filled route.
Upon arriving at Starved Rock, we’ll have some time to explore the park or just relax. See the email blast for a link to the Park Website. Then we’ll meet for lunch in the main dining room.
Our return will cover different ground, traveling along another colorful route back towards our homes.
Remember to dress in layers – the temps will start and end on the cool side, but expect the sun to warm you up for a good portion of this ride.
