This 4 hour course will get you prepared for any emergency that you might face. It will be taught by an experienced rider with a focus on the kind of injuries we would most likely see when riding.
When the course is finished you will have earned a Red Cross certification for both CPR and First Aid. You will also be trained to provide the latest CPR techniques.
Citywide CPR of Lincolnshire will conduct the training. Every person will have their own CPR device – no sharing – so you’ll get lots of practice perfecting your technique. The cost is $40 per person.
