Join the Ride for Cheese!!! Billed as the oldest food festival in the Midwest (www.cheesedays.com), this nearly 100 year old event in Monroe, Wisconsin promises a good time for all! Cheese, tons of it, a parade, more cheese, food vendors, more cheese, quaint town, more cheese, you get the idea.

We’ll start from the McDonalds on corner of 12 and 120 in Volo. Gas station on the property, be sure to gas up before the ride. Kickstands up at 8:30, plan to arrive around Noon. Quiet country roads along Illinois-Wisconsin border, then into Wisconsin past Beloit. Great return ride also through such cultural delights as Orfordsville and Clinton Corners! We’ll leave Monroe ~1:30PM, should be back at the start by 5PM.

This is all on county and country roads, no interstate or high traffic roads. We’ll have one stop on the way, it’s about an hour and 15 minutes into the ride, so fill your gas tank and empty your personal tank before the ride!
